Pro Landing Page Redesign

Introduction:

This is a redesign project I led and worked on while working as a Product Designer at Zehitomo, a local services platform that connects service providers and customers in Japan. The pro landing page is the registration landing page for  service providers, the entry point of every new Zehitomo pro users.

My Role:

UX/UI Designer, Developer

Objective:

Increase pro landing page’s conversion rate 

Increase engagement of page content

Provide clear explanation of  service value to potential users

What I did:

  • Obtained user feedback on their understanding of how the service works from talking to multiple stakeholders and new users

  • Used Google Analytics data collected from the original pro landing to have a better understanding of the current user engagement and conversion rate

  • Worked closely with sales and customer success team to produce best narratives and content for the new landing page that creates a consistent product experience

  • Made multiple iterations of desktop and mobile design mockups for new landing page

  • Hosted design review sessions with company executives to achieve agree upon visuals, tones and release timeline

  • Facilitated discussion among the engineering team to decide release strategy, A/B testing plan and allocate engineering resources to push out the final product on time.

  • Implemented the design alongside with 2 other engineers, set up AB test using VWO

  • Monitored AB test and provided analytics updates to executive and finally completely roll-out the new landing page after confirming that AB test results showed improvements of increased conversion rate and engagement with content for the new landing page. .
